ADSL Broadband Internet Overview

This service is delivered over the phone line to your property and is generally the most cost effective way of getting fast internet with high download limits.

We have recently removed all of our speed limitations from out plans and will now connect you as fast as your local exchange will let you. In most cases this is ADSL 2+ Speeds at 20Mbps Down and 1Mbps Upload. 

Coverage is determined by the distance from the phone exchange to you; and unfortunately in some remote areas the exchanges have not been fitted to run ADSL. Although we can easily check to see if the exchange has been upgraded to support ADSL; it can be dependant on how far your property is away from the phone exchange if your able to get it.

All of our Plans are Shaped. This means that if your exceed your monthly usage allowance we slow your connection speed down to 64k rather than send you an excess bill if you go over.

You can change plans at any time; so if you were to exceed your limit every month then we would suggest to upgrade your plan to the next level.
