In this age, we are dependant more and more on computers and trouble brews when they break down. It is starting to become where the average PC user must be completely vigilant in keeping their systems up to date, to protect themselves against the dreaded down-time.

But at the end of the day, if something does go wrong then we are here to help you. We can troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems, remove viruses and spy ware, and keep your system up to date and healthy.

In Store Repairs

Recommend for most Hardware and Virus Related Issues.

In Store we have access to all of our tool, testing equiptment and the facilitis to make backups. We find most jobs are more affordable when completed in store.

As hardware and virus problems are typically the longst to repair, there are periods of time where we are just waiting on the computer. By completeing the repair in-store we will only charge you for attended time on your machine, so when were not working on it your not charged.

On-Site Service

There are occasions where bringing your PC into our shop is simply not possible. So we can organise to visit you at home or your workplace and fix your machine on-site. Hours for this service are limited and booking is advised.

Service Area includes Darwin, Northern Suburbs, Berrimah, Palmerston, Howard Springs, Berry Springs, Humpty Doo, Noonamah. Further distances such as Batchelor and Katherine will be quoted.

Insurance Quotes

If in the event your computer gets damaged via lightning, or any other method that may be covered by your Insurance Company. We will investigate and write a report with the repair or replacement options. Then we deal with you insurance company until you are back up and running again. Time depends on your particular Insurance Agent but a 1-2 week turn around is normal.

The investigative costs are included in the final price to the insurance company; so if approved by the insurance company typically all that is due is your Insurance Premium Excess.

Format and Re-Install

With a lot of the sneaky viruses and spy ware that is starting to emerge, and with older systems that crash without reason, sometimes it is better and faster to preform a format and re-install on your computer. In this procedure we make a backup of all your data. This includes documents, photos, music, emails and your address book. Then using the CD's that you got with you PC, we wipe you computer and set it up again from scratch. Then we can install any other software you have provided, such as MS Office, and restore you data from the Backup we have made.

We recommend a Format and Re-Install on computers that are connected to the internet at least every 12-18 months.
